Steps for sweet potato cake

Steam the sweet potatoes and mash them into paste.

Pour glutinous rice flour into the mashed potatoes. I like the original flavor, so I don't put sugar in it (if you like sweet, you can add some sugar).

Knead into balls for use. (I made two groups, one big and one small)

Put some oil in the electric rice cooker, press the two dough into small round cakes, and put them in the pan to fry. Fry the small one first.

After cutting one side, turn it over and fry it again. If you turn it frequently, it will not be easy to zoom. This is completely unburnt after frying.
