Prepare sand-free seaweed according to my own consumption. In order to make it crispy, I usually mix it directly without washing it. However, I don't think most people can accept it, so I suggest wringing it as much as possible after rinsing, and the drier it is better.2
Add sesame oil, ginger paste, minced garlic, salt, and soy sauce, mix well, let it for 20 minutes to taste, and serve3
You can add other seasonings according to your own taste. For example, I especially like to eat sour food. I use rice vinegar every time I make this dish. You can also put it in a jar and leave it for two or three days to make it taste better and easier to eat.
