    Clean up a fresh crucian carp, peel the carrot, cut the sweet potato into large pieces with a hob, and slice the ginger.

    Pour appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan, heat it over high heat, add in the crucian carp on both sides and fry until peeled.

    Put the fried crucian carp into the soup pot, add more than half of the pot of water, add carrot, sweet potato and ginger slices, pour in a small spoonful of cooking wine, cover the lid, bring to the boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

    When the soup turns white, add two spoonfuls of salt, a small amount of chicken essence and pepper to taste, then add 20ML fresh milk and stir well, and then cook over low heat for 5 minutes to turn off the heat.
