Steps for Weird purple sweet potato shortcake

1
Oil skin: Mix an egg (water can be used), appropriate amount of flour, a small amount of mashed purple potatoes, and appropriate amount of lard into dough. Crispy: Mix appropriate amount of flour and lard into dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let wake for about 20 minutes.
2
Divide the two dough into four equal parts. (My share is a bit large. I would have split it into six equal parts.)
3
Take a piece of oil skin, open it, and add the pastry.
4
Close and wrap it.
5
Make it an ellipse as shown in the figure.
6
Roll it up from the short end.
7
After you have done everything, wake up for more than 10 minutes.
8
Take a piece of dough and shape it into a long strip as shown in the picture.
9
Roll it up from the short end.
10
After doing everything, wake up for 10 minutes.
11
Take a piece of dough and cut it in half as shown.
12
Press the cut face down flat and open. (Because the dough was a little big, I didn't make it very thin, but later the finished product felt a little thicker)
13
This is how it looks after it is finished.
14
Place the clear grain side down and wrap in the sesame, walnut and brown sugar filling.
15
After closing, gently press flat.
16
This is the fully prepared cake blank.
17
Put a thin layer of oil on a pan. Close and place the cake blank face down. Cover and fry slowly over low heat.
18
Turn over and fry in a few minutes.
19
Repeat the flip.
20
Fry until golden and crisp on both sides. (I fried it on minimum heat for more than half an hour, and turned off the heat and baked it for a few minutes.)
