Steps for seafood wonton

1
300 grams of pork and plum meat, 100 grams of fresh shrimp meat, beat until paste, 15 grams of ginger, add a few grains of pepper and one and a half spoonful of salt, and mix well with 15 grams of warm water. After soaking for 20 minutes, pour the soaked water into the meat paste, add appropriate amount of chicken essence, pepper powder, corn flour, egg white, and oyster sauce and mix well to form a wonton filling.
2
A pile of wonton skins is available at the market.
3
Wrap the wontons into a proper amount of meat filling to make a green wonton. I always wrap a lot of wonton at a time and place it in the top compartment of the refrigerator. I take it out and cook it when I want to eat it.
4
Always have a packet of dried seaweed and a packet of small shrimp skins.
5
Pour high stock into the soup pot, which can be chicken soup, bone soup, fish soup or seafood soup. I use fish bone soup, add a small amount of dried seaweed and small shrimp skins, add a spoonful of salt and a small amount of salad oil, and bring to the boil over high heat.
6
Add the wontons and cook them. The wontons are easy to cook. Just put boiling water into the pot and cook until they boil until they are cooked, and then cook it again. Therefore, you don't have to add cold water to boil it repeatedly like cooking dumplings. You have to fish it out as soon as the water is boiled. Otherwise, it will be rotten and not taste good.
