Steps for Salted pork liver

Wash fresh pork liver

Pour it into boiling water and scalp off the blood

Remove and drain for use

Pour appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, salt, pepper, aniseed, and fragrant leaves into the pot

Add the pig liver and cook it to check whether the pig liver is cooked and tie it with a chopstick. If no blood flows out, it means that the pig liver is cooked.

Cut the garlic into pieces, add Vita soy sauce to make garlic sauce, cool the liver, slice it, place it on a plate, and sprinkle with garlic sauce (you can also add a few drops of sesame oil if you like the flavor of sesame oil)
