Steps for Homemade teppanyaki

1
Prepare bean skins, lettuce, and cilantro (you can also use leeks, veggies, etc.)
2
Cut the bean skins into strips and set aside
3
Wash the vegetables and set aside
4
Take a bean skin and make the vegetables into balls, as tight as possible
5
Wrap it up like this
6
Use the sticks left over from eating mutton kebabs in normal times and string them well (thicker sticks are not easy to break apart)
7
After a set is completed, spare
8
Baking pan, or electric baking pan, add a small amount of oil after heating, just to avoid sticking to the pan
9
Add the rolled bean skins at a time
10
Use a shovel to press it often. It will be cooked well. Turn it over after it changes color
11
After taking out the pan, spread on garlic spicy sauce and cumin. If you think the taste is not enough, you can also sprinkle with some more pepper powder ~(I finished it, there are only a few left. After making a pan, they are all eaten. I still shouted and asked them to keep it, hehe ~)
