Steps for Steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce

1
Prepare the ribs.
2
Chop the garlic and tempeh (don't use too much tempeh, otherwise it will take away the flavor), cut the peppers into rings, and cut the green onions and set aside.
3
Pour the chopped garlic, fermented bean, a little shredded ginger and pepper into the basin where the ribs are steamed, add about 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, a little salt, half a finger of sugar, cooking wine, and a little corn flour, stir by hand until made so. Place it in a large pot of boiled water and steam for about 15 minutes. After taking out the pan, pour a few drops of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and a few chili rings.
4
After steaming, place on the counter and add a red pepper and chopped green onion to garnish.
