Steps for fritters

Place all ingredients except baking soda into the bread maker and select the dough program

Dissolve baking soda +5g warm water, add it after the toaster program stops, and knead it manually for 5 minutes.

Remove it from the bread maker and place it in a sealed jar to ferment for a second time. You can see that it is very thin dough. I put it directly in the refrigerator to freeze and ferment, and fried it for breakfast the next morning. The time was just right.

Grease the chopping board and hands, cut off the shape suitable for your own frying, stack the two pieces, and use chopsticks to roll them in the middle.

Put enough oil in the pan and fry over medium heat. You can cut a little dough at the beginning and test it. Put it down and the dough will float immediately, and the oil temperature will be suitable.
