corn pudding
By RutheKuhn
I like to eat pudding, but I prefer to eat corn pudding. It's not that I'm boasting, but for the evaluation of this pudding, I can only use four words to describe it as "dissolving in the mouth". It's really smooth and tender;
- milk fragrance
- roast
- an hour
- ordinary
Steps for corn pudding

1
Prepare 2 eggs, 200 ml of milk, 50 grams of corn kernels (20 grams of which are used for surface decoration), and 30 grams of powdered sugar.
2
Beat the eggs (just beat them, but never beat them).
3
Add milk to beaten eggs and stir gently.
4
Add powdered sugar and stir well.
5
Use an egg beater to stir the milk and powdered sugar in one direction (be sure to move in one direction).
6
Filter the evenly stirred egg liquid twice with a thin slip net to make pudding liquid.
7
This is the pudding liquid after being filtered twice.
8
Add 30 grams of corn kernels to the filtered pudding solution and stir well in one direction.
9
Pour the mixed pudding liquid into an oven cup or bowl.
10
Place the cup with pudding liquid into the baking sheet; pour hot water into the baking sheet to a depth of about 1CM.
11
Place in preheated oven, lower, at 160 degrees, about 40 minutes.
12
Hehe, the simple and delicious pudding was baked.
