Steps for Homemade peanut nougat

Peel the cooked peanuts, place them in a plastic bag or plastic wrap, and twist them with a rolling pin or other tool, but not too crushed.

To prepare the marshmallows, I use the excellent vanilla-flavored one, preferably the original one, and no stuffing inside.

About 20 grams of milk powder. Just make your own estimation. Whole milk powder is better. I use Nestle whole milk powder.

Put the marshmallow into the frying pan, put a little water, open fire, the marshmallow will melt immediately, and the fire can be turned off. (If you put in too much water, you can leave the fire on it, but make sure it is small)

Add milk powder and peanuts and stir evenly.

Apply a little cooking oil on the plastic wrap, which will not be easy to stick. Put the mixed sugar on the plastic wrap and wrap it into a rectangular shape. This way, it will be easy to cut into pieces after shaping.

Remove it from the refrigerator after about two hours. If the surface is sticky, sprinkle with some flour and cut into slices. The super classic peanut nougat is complete!
