Steps for Dry stir-fried beans

Fold the beans in half and marinate with salt for a few minutes.2
Put the oil in the pan and fry the beans over high heat until they are dry and cooked.3
Put the pepper, spring onion, ginger and garlic, pepper, pepper and salt together.4
Leave a little base oil in the pan, add the above seasonings together into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.5
Pour in the beans, stir fry evenly, add chicken essence and remove from the pan.
