Steps for braised pork rice

1
In fact, braised pork rice should be cut into small dices with pork belly, but I am doing it to use the ground meat. Of course, I am very lazy and will cut it unless I am really bored. I will just make do with ground meat. It is quite delicious. The minced meat is slightly marinated with wine, also to break it up; if you soak the mushrooms, you must use dried mushrooms to taste good; if you cook the eggs, don't cook them too hard.
2
Minced ginger and garlic, diced onions, and shredded mushrooms; cut mushrooms a little big. The onions were too spicy before, so I was anxious to get them done quickly. The size of the onions doesn't matter because they need to be stewed; in addition, the eggs were too tender and peeled, and I ate one directly.
3
Raise the oil pan and stir-fry the ginger and garlic minced on low heat for a while; I use the small soup pot to save the need for bowls after it is cooked.
4
Pour the onions in and fry until soft
5
Pour in the meat filling and stir-fry until color changes
6
Pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry them, add sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and chicken powder; because I have relatively few seasonings, I will put these in. If I have conditions, I can add seasonings according to my own taste. Control the proportion yourself. You can put less first, taste them before putting them in; add water to boil, and put an egg; the pot is a bit small, but it is just a slow simmer over low heat and you are not afraid to throw them out.
7
Cover the lid, simmer for an hour at a minimum heat, and pour on the rice; it's very simple and delicious. You can put it in the refrigerator if you can't finish it in one meal, or mix noodles. This time, I used about 7 or 8 taels of minced meat, 1 tael of dried mushrooms, and 1 onion; there was some left over for two people, so let's count it for three people.
