Steps for white toast

Combine all ingredients except butter and knead until gluten expands and surface is smooth

Add butter and knead until complete, place in a warm place for basic fermentation

After basic fermentation, divide the dough into 4 portions (218g/piece), round and relax for 15 minutes

Roll out the relaxed dough into a rectangle

Fold inward at 1/3 of each side

Then thin the bottom edge and roll it into a cylinder from top to bottom

Place dough in a toast mold and place in a warm and moist place for final fermentation

Fermentation until the mold is 8- 9 minutes full, place it in a preheated oven at 180℃, lower layer, lower heat, 35- 40 minutes.
