Steps for Spicy fried crab

Soak and wash the blue-shell crabs you bought in clean water for a while.

Pull out the crab shell and use kitchen scissors to cut the crab's gills (are they gills?) Then clean it up.

Use a meat hammer to crack open the crab's tongs (this will make it easier to taste)

Prepare peppers, dried peppers

Light soy sauce and cooking wine

Heat oil in a wok and saute pepper, peppers, chives and ginger until fragrant.

Put the processed crabs into a frying pan and stir fry.
