Steps for Shredded mustard egg

Before, I used to fry mustard with shrimp skins. Today, I don't have shrimp skins at home, so I'll use eggs to garnish them.

Wash the mustard greens and cut them into small pieces, separating the leaves and stems

Add a little salt to beat the eggs and spread them into thin slices

Shred the egg slices, not too thin

Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the minced garlic until fragrant

First stir-fry the mustard stalks until fragrant

Then add the leaves and stir fry, add salt, sugar, and cooking wine and stir fry until done

Place mustard on a plate and cover the mustard with shredded eggs. The eggs will taste better when they have the flavor of mustard.
