Ingredients: 4 eggs, 80ml of low-gluten flour, 45ml of white sugar, 40ml of cooking oil (more will do), about 3g of baking powder, about 5g of starch, about 2g of salt, and a few drops of white vinegar.

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and place them into two water-free and oil-free containers. Use a deeper container for egg whites.

Beat the egg yolks, add 40ml of edible oil in twice and stir well; add 60ml of milk in twice and stir well. Mix low-powder baking powder and add egg yolks to stir well. Add starch, salt, and vinegar to the clear and start beating. Continue beating, add 1/3 of sugar to wet foam and continue, close to dry foam, and then add the remaining sugar to beat until dry foam.
