Coconut ball's debut
I followed the practice in Wen Yi's book.

I slightly changed the recipe because I was afraid of being too sweet, so I reduced the sugar. Moreover, through criticism from my family that I made too little every time, I made two points... Let's take a look at my coconut balls below!

Recipe Recommendations

  • egg white of 4
  • coconut 180G
  • corn starch 30G
  • sugar 50G

    Beat the egg white, add sugar three times, and beat until dry and frothy;

    Mix the coconut paste and corn starch, pour it into the beaten egg mixture, stir well;

    Use your hands to make balls of 1.5CM size, place oil paper on the baking sheet, and evenly spread the balls;

    Preheat 170 for 10 minutes, place in the middle layer of the oven, and bake for 15 minutes. The top of the balls turns golden yellow and the overall feeling is milky white. Take it out and eat it.
