White Snack Sum

White Snack Sum
During the Qingming Festival, I couldn't serve grandma an incense stick. I personally made a small white snack that grandma liked, and wrapped all my thoughts in it. I wish grandma everything would be well in heaven!

  • White Snack Sum Make Tips

    1. The original recipe uses 75g of lard, but I substituted it with 60g of vegetable oil. It is just as crumbly and healthier. 2. Adjust the amount of milk according to the water absorption of the dough. Use just enough for the flour to form a dough; ensure the dough is not too soft. 3. If you don't have a tool for making red dots, chopsticks will work. 4. The total baking time is 20 minutes. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes; if the surface starts to brown, move it to the third rack early. Adjust the temperature according to your own oven. 5. Seal and store after cooling.
