Dissolve donkey-hide gelatin and sugar in distilled water. The ratio of water to eggs is 2 - 2.5:1. donkey-hide gelatin can be soaked in advance at night, otherwise you will have to be broken, put in a bowl, put water in a pan, and steamed until melted.

3 Stir the eggs well. It is recommended not to use the ones in the refrigerator. The fresh ones are best. If I don't have them at home, I can only make do with them. See the transparent things in the picture below, no or very little fresh ones.
4
4 Pour the donkey-hide gelatin water into the mixed eggs and mix well
5
5 Filter it with a sieve. The taste will be smoother. Friends who don't mind can omit it without affecting the efficacy.
6
6 Use a toothpick to remove blisters, and remove all the large and small ones
7
7 I covered it with plastic wrap. I had no more at home, so I used a plastic preservation bag and put it in a pot with boiling water to steam slowly for 10 minutes. I was lazy and steamed it with a rice cooker. When the water boiled, I put it in and pressed the rice button for 5 minutes, then picked it up. It takes 10 minutes to keep the heat.(My rice cooker is the most original rice cooker that only has two gears: rice cooking and heat preservation)

8 Insert a toothpick in the middle of the stewed egg to prove that it has been steamed
9
9 Add some stir-fried black sesame seeds to decorate, you can leave those you don't like
