Mix egg yolks and blueberry paste well, add salad oil and water respectively and mix well. Sift in low flour and stir until smooth and soft. Add white sugar three times when beaten until the egg whites are rough, delicate and textured. Beat until the egg beater is lifted and pulled out to create a large bend.2
Mix the egg white with the egg yolk paste in 3 times, stir quickly and evenly using turning technique, add the blueberries wrapped in low powder and stir gently with a spatula, and pour the batter into the mold at a height of 20 cm from the mold.3
Shake twice on the table before entering the oven and hold the mold with both hands firmly before entering the oven to exhaust the air. Lower oven, 170 degrees for 40 minutes. After being baked, turn upside down and cool, remove the mold after cooling (the flavor is best before tasting)
