Steps for Fried pork slices with green pepper

Prepare green peppers and wash them, remove seeds, cut into small strips, and cut shredded ginger for later use

Heat the oil pan, add garlic cloves and stir-fry until slightly browned

Add a little salt to the meat slices and stir-fry until color changes

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, white sugar and braised soy sauce, stir fry, add shredded ginger, stir fry

Add chopped green peppers, a small amount of water, and stir fry until cooked (about 4 minutes)
