Steps for Ham, sesame and chive bread

Don't put butter in the main ingredients, and put the rest in the bread bucket.

After pressing the kneading button for the first time, add butter, restart and knead to the expansion stage.

Take out the dough, divide it into 8 portions, round it, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Put it into a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment in the oven for 40 minutes. (Put two bowls of water in the oven to keep it dry.)

Take out the dough after it is ready, brush it with egg liquid, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Preheat the oven, add the bread and bake at 190 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
