First saute the onions, peppers, and carrots in oil until fragrant, then add ham, shrimp, or any ingredients you like. After frying the ingredients until fragrant, add the white rice and light cream, and then spread the rice aside (you must not use pressed, use pressed, remember!).

Move the rice to one side, add ketchup, and stir fry, then mix with the rice. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Then start the rice.

How to practice eggs: Beat two eggs, add a little salt, divide them with chopsticks but beat them up. After the oil is hot, add the egg liquid. You can stir it a little, and then use the egg skin to cover the egg liquid inside to form an egg cake shape (preferably a pan, I think it's too troublesome, so...).
