Cherry Yogurt Mousse

Steps for Cherry Yogurt Mousse

Wash the cherries, remove the stalks and cores, and chop them up.

Pour cherries and white sugar into the pan, and add water.

The fire burns until the water boils, then turns to a low heat.

Add appropriate amount of cold water to gelatine tablet powder and absorb it fully.

Shake well 120ml of light cream and pour it into a water-free and oil-free container, add 20g of white sugar and stir at medium speed, beat until 60%. There is a slight flowing feeling and the lines will not disappear immediately.

Pour 240ml of original yogurt into the whipped cream, cut and mix well.

Pour 2/3 of the cherries into the cream paste and mix well.

Add Geili powder and stir well.

Put into containers and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.

Remove the refrigerated mousse and garnish it with cherries sauce.
