Steps for basil leaf bread

1
Prepare materials.
2
Sift the high-gluten flour into a large bowl.
3
Add the yeast in turn.
4
Add powdered sugar and salt.
5
Add basil leaves.
6
Add water slowly.
7
Knead into a smooth dough.
8
Add olive oil and continue kneading.
9
Knead until the dough can pull out the film.
10
Round it round, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment.
11
Remove the dough when it has leavened to 2-2.5 times the size.
12
Then gently rub and exhaust the air.
13
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and relax for 5 minutes.
14
Roll 1 portion of dough into a long leaf shape.
15
Then use a wheel knife to cut the leaves on the dough.
16
When both portions are ready, gently pull the dough to make the holes visible.
17
Drain on a baking sheet and place in the oven for fermentation twice.
18
Remove the dough when it is fermented to twice its size, brush the surface with olive oil and place it in the oven to bake. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees, heat it up and down, and bake the middle layer for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
