Prepare the ingredients

Wash and slice the meat and marinate with cooking wine, vinegar and salt for 10 minutes

Wash fresh mushrooms, remove mushroom stalks and slice them

Wash the phoenix tail mushroom and tear it into small petals by hand

Heat the oil in the pan and stir fry the marinated pork slices until fragrant

Stir fry the meat until it changes color, add the double mushrooms and stir fry until cooked
