Steps for braised tofu

Prepare the materials.

Cut chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and garlic cloves.

Wash the tofu and cut it into small pieces.

Mix water starch in advance. (The amount of starch is about 2 tablespoons.)

Add in another clean bowl, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, a little pepper, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of straw mushroom soy sauce, and appropriate amount of chicken essence. (The amount of seasoning can be increased or decreased according to your own taste)

Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, add a little salt, then put the cut tofu in the pot and boil it, wait for the water in the pot to boil again, continue to cook for about 20 seconds, remove and control the water. (The tofu will taste more delicate after being blanched in water and will not be breakable during the next stir-frying until)

Pour a little oil and stir-fry shredded ginger and garlic cloves until fragrant.

Add the drained tofu and stir fry slightly.

Pour in the juice prepared in step 5, and gently stir the tofu to make the color even.

Turn on high heat, cook for about 20 seconds, and pour water starch along the edge of the pan

After the soup thickens, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve out. (Students who like spicy food can pour some chili oil on it)
