Apple Coleslaw

I have always found the name of this dish interesting. I translated it in Cantonese as "S-picking guy". It's a good dish, but I translated it like this, and I scolded it. I saw a menu in the magazine, which was similar to what I ate in a restaurant. The magazine added green and red apples, so we went and bought one green and one red apple. It was very good.
