    Make the crust first: Pour the milk, salt, salad oil, granulated sugar, and gluten flour into the bucket of the bread machine first, and finally put the yeast on the top of the flour to activate the dough function (I didn't think of taking pictures at this step because I was the first time I made it.)

    Stir the diced sausage, onions, green peppers, etc. separately to remove excess water and bring out the aroma of the ingredients. Cut the Masurari cheese into strips and cubes (without filming, eh)

    Roll out the dough into a crust and place it in the prepared pizza plate. The crust should be about 2CM larger than the plate. Use a fork to make some holes in the middle to vent out the air to prevent it from rising.

    Wrap the cut Ganoderma Heart strips with the plate and make them uniform in size
