Steps for Zhixin Pizza

Make the crust first: Pour the milk, salt, salad oil, granulated sugar, and gluten flour into the bucket of the bread machine first, and finally put the yeast on the top of the flour to activate the dough function (I didn't think of taking pictures at this step because I was the first time I made it.)2
Stir the diced sausage, onions, green peppers, etc. separately to remove excess water and bring out the aroma of the ingredients. Cut the Masurari cheese into strips and cubes (without filming, eh)

Roll out the dough into a crust and place it in the prepared pizza plate. The crust should be about 2CM larger than the plate. Use a fork to make some holes in the middle to vent out the air to prevent it from rising.

Wrap the cut Ganoderma Heart strips with the plate and make them uniform in size

Close the edges along the edges, leave the pizza crust with the edges to wake up for 20 minutes, and then send it to the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. The crust will be colored a little,(you can press the pause button)(I chose the pizza function button, so I pressed pause and will continue later)

After taking out the colored crust, start adding the stuffing. First spread pizza sauce (I used ready-made ones), then add onions, diced sausage, green peppers, etc. layer by layer, sprinkle with a layer of cheese chips for each added layer of ingredients

Finally, add bacon and sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese grains (I like the strong cheese flavor very much, so I added more cheese)

Put the pizza in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese starts to boil and burn.
