I can't finish eating all the big steamed buns I made with 6 knives. I'm sweating. Next time, I have to make a mini order, just a small amount will be fine.

Steps for stir-fried steamed buns

Ham sausage, cucumber.

Dice the ham sausage and cucumber.

Three duck eggs.

Beat the duck eggs into egg liquid, and add some salt (three duck egg liquid, just enough to soak a fist-sized steamed bun).

Two steamed buns.

Dice steamed buns.

Soak in egg liquid (don't soak for too long).

Sit in the pan and light the fire, add appropriate amount of olive oil, add the diced steamed buns with the egg liquid, stir fry, turn off the heat when the egg liquid solidifies and serve out.

Without putting oil in the pan, pour in the ham sausage diced cucumber and stir-fry.

Pour in the fried steamed buns, add black pepper powder and mix well.
