At the Chinese supermarket, I bought some mushroom mushrooms and wanted to try the roasting method. Then I searched the refrigerator. There were also some colored peppers. That was great. I was tempted to take action and go to work.

Steps for grilled bacon roll

Remove the stalks of the mushrooms and shred the peppers.

Stir a few tablespoons of South Korean barbecue sauce (other brands will also work), two to three tablespoons of light soy sauce, and half a tablespoon of sugar or syrup until sauce.

Roll an entire strip of bacon around the ingredients, and place the ingredients on each roll, as you like.

Brush the mixed juice on both ends of the roll, 400F, for about 25 minutes, and brush the juice again when it is halfway through baking to make it more flavorful.
