Steps for braised mutton

Prepare seasonings, ginger, onion, garlic slices, tsaoko, nutmeg, fragrant leaves, pepper, aniseed, cumin, cinnamon

Wash the mutton and put it in a boiling water pot to warm it, and finish pouring water.

Drain the water.

Pour the oil into the pan, fry the pepper until it smells, and then fish out the pepper.

Put the onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, dried peppers, fragrant leaves, aniseed, cinnamon, and cumin together in the pan and fry until fragrant.

Add the drained mutton.
