Steps for Curried chicken fin rice

1
Prepare the materials. (Don't let go of black sesame seeds if you don't have them)
2
After the chicken wings are thawed, chop them in half and wash them, add a little cooking wine, and marinate with a little salt for about 5 minutes.
3
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
4
Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces, and cut the onions into small pieces.
5
Heat the pan with a little base oil, heat the oil and fry the chicken wings.
6
Fry until the surface of the chicken wings turns yellow, add onion pieces and stir-fry until fragrant.
7
Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry.
8
Add enough water. The water should not exceed all ingredients. After boiling, cover the lid and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
9
Add the curry pieces.
10
Bring to a low heat and stir with a wooden shovel until the curry is completely melted; turn off the heat after the soup reaches the consistency you like, and no need to add other condiments.
11
First take a bowl and hold a piece of rice and press it slightly firmer, then turn it upside down on a plate, then pour the cooked curry sauce on the edge of the plate, and sprinkle a few cooked sesame seeds on the rice.
