Steps for Coconut cake

I used three eggs. Put the egg yolks first

Because the coconut fruit is wet, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. After putting the cake into the oven, immediately turn the oven to 200 degrees C for 5 to 10 minutes to evaporate some water. Lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Observe the color change of the outer layer of the cake, depending on the temperature rise and fall and time until the cake is formed.
