Crispy nut balls

Crispy nut balls
In the past, when I stayed up late to watch the World Cup, my mother would always prepare some snacks for my father and I to make late snacks. Now that I have my own home, I have prepared homemade snacks in advance so that LG and I can watch the game well and conserve our strength so that we will not collapse or faint at critical moments.

LG and I both like peanuts, melon seeds and nuts. In the past, we used to peel the skin while watching TV, making the house and the floor look like a battlefield, and it was very difficult to clean.

I used to like to eat Japanese beans, especially the intact nuts in the middle. They were fragrant and crispy, and I was very satisfied ~

Japanese beans nowadays are not as good as before. I have bought them several times and I am very disappointed. That taste can only be regarded as a memory ~

This self-created nut ball is inspired by Japanese beans and contains a complete nut inside. The effect is really great. It is a beautiful enjoyment while eating and watching the ball ~

  • Crispy nut balls Make Tips

    1. You can substitute peanuts and melon seeds with your favorite nuts. 2. Add orange juice for a more refreshing taste. 3. This mixture will not hold its shape, so you need to squeeze it into balls with your hands to ensure the final product is fragrant and crispy. 4. Adding a whole nut is a bit of a hassle, but it is absolutely worth it. 5. Friends who often stay up late can eat nuts such as peanuts, almonds, cashews, and walnuts. They are rich in protein, vitamin B, vitamin E, minerals like calcium and iron, and vegetable oils, while being low in cholesterol; they have a special effect on restoring energy.
