Steps for Dry stir-fried ginger beans

    Remove the old tendons from the ginger beans, break them by hand into sections about 6cm long, wash them, and drain them.

    Add oil (about 3/4 of the amount of all ginger beans) into the pan, pour in the ginger beans and fry them over high heat, fry until the skin is slightly wrinkled (be sure to fry them thoroughly), then remove and control the oil for later use.

    Leave the base oil in the pan, add the dried peppers when it is 40% hot, stir-fry on low heat and add the pork meat to the ground when it has just changed color, add cooking wine, minced garlic, and minced ginger, and stir-fry until the minced meat is dry and crisp.
