Steps for Potato pork chop

1
Use the back of the knife to pat the fillet on both sides of the meat so that the meat will taste more tender. It is recommended not to use tender meat powder! Add white wine, a little salt, and black pepper and marinate for about 20 minutes.
2
Coat the fillet with cornflour on both sides.
3
Add a little oil to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides and well done. (Put a stick of rosemary and fry it so that the meat will have a special aroma. If you don't like it, you can not let go of anything you don't have).
4
Slice the potatoes, boil them in water, not too cooked (otherwise they will easily break when frying), sprinkle with basil leaves, and fry until slightly discolored.
5
Fry and serve on a plate.
