Steps for steamed double wax

Cut the cured fish into slices, soak in water for a few minutes, wash and drain, and slice the sausage.

Place the washed cured fish on a plate, place a few slices of ginger on top, and drizzle with a little cooking oil and cooking wine.

1. This is an improved version of Steamed Assorted Cured Meats; if you like cured meat, adding some to steam together tastes wonderful.
2. Both ingredients are already salty, so I didn't add any other seasonings to preserve their original flavor!
3. If you like chili peppers and fermented black beans, you can also add some to steam together.
