Steps for Spicy tenderloin pork

Wash the tenderloin and cut into strips. Wash the green and red peppers and cut into strips.

Pour a little cooking wine, salt, and pepper into the tenderloin and marinate for 10 minutes. Add eggs into the marinated tenderloin, add dry starch and mix well.

Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, wait until the oil temperature is 60% hot, add the fillet and fry until yellow.

Remove and fry again, wait until it turns golden brown, and fish out with a colander.
