Sweet bagels
I made two small toasts today to try out my newly defeated toast mold. The weather was too hot and fermented, so the dough stayed out from both sides. I had to make bagels from the dough that flowed out. The result was unexpected. It was really delicious.

Use post-oil method to blend into dough and knead into expansion stage.

Fermentation to twice as large.

Knead into long strips.

Divide into small batches for a second fermentation.

Press the dough flat and use the bottle cap to form a ring in the middle.

Fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides, sprinkle with sugar.
