Steps for fermented corn

Wash the corn cobs, remove the whiskers, and cut them into about 2 centimeters wide.2
Dissolve a small amount of water into the wine, add white sugar to mix evenly, into the wine juice.3
Put the cut corn cobs into a plate, pour in the wine juice, seal tightly with plastic wrap, steam in the pan, take out, cool and chill.
