braised duck pieces
By LisaWindler
My son went to my grandfather's house for the summer vacation, and my husband and I basically stayed calm. I often eat food outside. When I cleaned the refrigerator today, I found two pieces of duck leg meat. Not only when I bought them, but they were eliminated at dinner. I originally wanted to make beer ducks, but my husband wasn't feeling well for the past two days. The doctor asked me to stop drinking. Beer is also alcohol. I'd better not put it in and just braise it.
