Wash and slice the duck gizzard (first cut horizontally without cutting, then cut vertically and cut into a comb shape), slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.2
Marinate with salt and wash off.3
Heat the oil in the pan and saute the ginger slices and spring onions until fragrant.4
Add duck gizzards and stir fry.5
Add cooking wine, salt, and chili paste, and continue to stir fry.6
Add water to the raw flour and thicken it. Done.
