Bacon meat, also known as smoked meat, is a type of bacon. It is made by applying pork belly meat with spices and sea salt and drying it naturally. The evenly distributed oil is smooth but not greasy, moderate in salinity, and full of flavor. The flavor of bacon combined with the light aroma of pepper really has a different flavor. My family has always used bacon to stir fry. Every time, some cooking wine, sugar, onions and ginger are added. These ingredients block the flavor of bacon. I now realize that the original bacon is the best.
