mocha ice cream

mocha ice cream
Shenyang has had continuous rainfall in recent days, coupled with the high temperature, which has created a 'sauna day' that is really sultry and unbearable. In this kind of weather, in addition to blowing on the air conditioner, eating cold drinks can make people feel more comfortable.

[Matcha Ice Cream] is my favorite among many cold drinks. When I eat it, I mix it with chopped almonds and bananas. The strong milk aroma is mixed with the faint aroma of tea, burnt aroma of almonds, and the fruit aroma of bananas. It's delicious.

Tip: I used matcha powder (to add color) and green tea powder (to enhance flavor) during the preparation. When serving, sprinkle crushed almonds on top—other crushed nuts work well too and add a great aroma. You can also pair it with fruit; personally, I think softer fruits go better with ice cream, such as bananas or dragon fruit. Additionally, it is best to avoid juicy fruits like watermelon, as the ice cream melts easily and the juice tends to dilute its creamy flavor.
