Zhajiang noodles are a typical delicacy in the north. In the south, we eat them very little. Since we have grown up, we have never eaten authentic Zhajiang noodles, so we made this noodle entirely based on our own preferences. I hope relatives can like it.

Steps for noodles with bean

Cut dried bamboo shoots and lean meat into dice
