I have been sick for two weeks in a row, and I have wiped out the meat that I have worked hard to gain in half a year. I have to work hard again-gain weight! You must do more exercise and eat more in the future. A healthy body is the most important thing. (My husband hasn't had good food for two weeks, and finally lost weight successfully. It's not easy.) My body is recovering and it is not easy to eat too greasy food, so I still have to endure it.
