When my family bought chilled chicken wings, they suggested making brine chicken wings. Unfortunately, I only love fragrant fried chicken. The skin is crispy and tastes good. The reason is that this chicken does not taste much like chicken and feels like a rotten cloth in the mouth. Oil frying helps the body. Dry, resilient, and more energetic.
