  • Tasty sushi Make Tips

After the rice is cooked, do not rush to open the lid. Let it sit for another 10~15 minutes for a better texture. The sushi vinegar mixed here is the amount for one cup of rice. The rice will stick to your hands when placing it on the seaweed, so wet your hands with a little water to prevent this. Since this sushi is relatively light in flavor, you can dip it in some wasabi paste or other sauces when eating.
